It was late, they were getting ready to close, my two toddlers were tired and cranky, and they could not have been warm and inviting and accommodating. They even gave my son a cup of free gummy bears to keep him happy while I decided what to get. Super friendly staff, and delicious ice cream. I mean, this face says it all. She was cranky when we walked in there, and just a single scoop of plain chocolate ice cream had her smiling like this. And I got a scoop of birthday cake and a scoop of caramel cookie monster cheesecake, which were both even better than they sound, so imagine my face.

So Blessed and what a joyful experience we had yesterday! I brought my 5 children to Hersheys Ice cream parlor and from the moment we walked in it was overwhelming the smells of the sweets and the excitement that was beaming of the ladies who worked there Leigh Middleton and Tara . My kids were thrilled they ladies spoke to the children directly and made their day brighter. It's not just getting ice cream its magical. The store was extremely clean and Leigh was very knowledgeable about their candies and ice cream. We couldn't be happier with our stop in and cant wait to come back ! Ps Ice Cream was amazing !!!

We came in when it was so busy and the manager happened to be working the floor. She was SO nice and helpful!! Thanks for being so great (the only place worth visiting at OWA) and the chocolate is delicious!

Took my daughter here to get ice cream after our bad experience at the Groovy Goat, and the woman that works here gave us her tickets that she wasn’t going to use since they expired the next day! I just want to say THANK YOU to that sweet woman, my daughter had a blast. 💕
